Parsons North

RESIDENTIAL LED MIXED USE DEVELOPMENT

Located just off Edgeware Road, Parsons North is an exciting new development that is part of the City of Westminster’s Master plan to regenerate and renew the local area.

The scheme aims to redevelop the pre-existing car park to create 60 new residences, providing 19 affordable homes with 41 for private sale. Along with car parking and 101sqm of retail space fronting Edgeware Road, it will provide communal garden space for the residents all linking directly into the City of Westminster’s wider ‘Futures Plan’. This aims to regenerate and renew the local area delivering a total of 1850 affordable homes by 2023, creating vibrant, mixed use neighbourhoods providing great places to live and work.

Cahill Design Consultants were commissioned by Osborne Construction to provide full construction phase Fire Engineering and Acoustic support to Parsons North, having worked with David Miller Architects, on behalf of Westminster City Council, through the design stages. Extensive CFD and acoustic modelling were undertaken by CDC as part of the works. 

Having worked on the project since late 2016, it is great to see the construction phase developing quickly and the building really taking shape. The project has been supported by a great technical design team and we look forward to seeing the project complete in the coming months.
