Greenvale SEND School Development & Expansion

Our client, Osborne Construction, commissioned us to provide Fire Engineering, Acoustic Design and Air Quality services to their unique project throughout RIBA Stages 2 – 5; the development and expansion of new special educational needs school for the London Borough of Lewisham, as part of an ongoing programme to expand SEN school provision in the borough.

Grand Union Village, SEND Primary School

This exciting project involves the development of a large special education needs and disabilities school as part of a scheme providing much needed local SEND school facilities to the London borough of Hillingdon. It aims to provide a range of learning environments with cellular and open plan educational spaces, accommodating up to 80 pupils ranging from 3-11 years and 65 permanent staff, including therapy rooms, a main hall and staff facilities.

Oaklands College: Whole Site Redevelopment

Sited in greenbelt land, the Oaklands College Masterplan comprises the redevelopment of a 56,835m2 site area comprising of existing and new build facilities. The redevelopment focused on minimising the impact to the localised greenbelt during the design process, sensitively improved the visual impact of the site and increased the green landscaping.

University of Worcester

The International Inclusive Cricket Centre is a new build construction situated alongside the University of Worcester’s Arena on Hylton Road. The University appointed David Morley Architects to design the first indoor sports venue specifically aimed at the inclusion of Wheelchair athletes.
