Cahill Design Consultants was contracted by KEO International, Doha, to provide acoustic support to the this large scale mixed use development, in Doha, Qatar. Cahill Design Consultants was contracted to undertake detailed plant noise assessments for the development to ensure that noise levels within the development were controlled to acceptable levels.
Cahill Design Consultants worked with the KEO International design team to provide detailed mitigation advice including noise control and vibration control, within the constraints of the design proposals.
The completed works were able to comply with the Client requirements for control, of noise within and external to the development.

Cahill Design Consultants was contracted by Collins Construction to provide Acoustic Consultancy Support Services to Devon House, located in St Catharine's Dock, London. The development comprises an extensive refurbishment of an existing six storey mixed use building, to create high end commercial accommodation and ancillary spaces. Cahill Design Consultants provided extensive advice to the Client relating to the acoustic performance of wall and floor constructions, reverberation control in all occupied areas, undertaking noise surveys, plant noise assessments and support to achieve the noise related planning conditions. Cahill Design Consultants worked closely with Collins Construction, and the wider design team members, to ensure that the acoustic recommendations were able to achieve the design aspirations set out by the Client. This team collaboration ensured that the recommendations were seamlessly integrated into the design and construction of the development, to ensure a high level of acoustic design integrity within the building. On completion of the works, acoustic commissioning tests will be undertaken to ensure that the development complies with the recommendations contained within the acoustic report and the Employers Requirements for the project.
